VR Academia
VR Academia is an experimental research and community space that operates primarily in VRChat and Discord. It brings together an interdisciplinary network of researchers, artists, and curious explorers interested in how virtual worlds shape culture, identity, and social life. Through immersive focus groups, thematic gatherings, and open discussions, VR Academia investigates the evolving norms, aesthetics, and emotional textures of the metaverse. The project aims to cultivate a reflective and collaborative environment where participants can think critically and playfully about emerging virtual realities.
